Session and live keyboardist

I’m a pro session and touring keyboardist in Nashville, TN. I play a diverse range of genres and have an array of vintage keys to get you the part, feel, and tone you desire. I’ve been Margo Price’s touring keyboardist for 9 years in addition to having toured with Emmylou Harris, Wanda Jackson and others while recording with many artists.

I’ve been a full time professional keyboardist since 2002. I lived in Los Angeles from 2007-2010 and then relocated to Nashville. My session and touring credits include artists and producers such as Margo Price, Emmylou Harris, The Alabama Shakes, T Bone Burnett, Jonathan Wilson, Matt Ross-Spang, Brendan Benson and many others (see my allmusic and Discogs credit pages for a complete list of recording credits). I’m experienced in many styles of popular music including rock, blues/soul/r&b, country, indie and jazz and have expanded into electronic music textures and feels with the acquisition of a number of vintage synthesizers over the last 10 years. I take pride in listening to a song and creating parts that are tasteful, interesting, catchy and stylistically authentic while being complimentary to the vision of the song and the artist. My gear list includes classic organic sounding instruments like piano, Hammond organ, Rhodes, Wurlitzer and Yamaha CP-70 electric pianos and Hohner clavinet. Synthesizers include Roland (Jupiter, Juno 6, JX8P and D-50) synthesizers, Moog Minimoog, Sequential Circuits Pro-1 and Korg Polysix in addition to some odds and ends. I also have classic combo organs in the form of a Farfisa and Yamaha YC30. I have a UA Apollo recording rig with LUNA as my DAW which records beautiful high quality audio.
