Relaxed, recognisable musical style, colourful palette of vintage and modern instruments, amps and recording gear. Large selection of plugins and virtual instruments, different DAWs.
I'm a Dublin based, freelance musician with an engineering background and have over 30 years of experience in the world of music.
At a young age I took regular classical guitar lessons for about 10 years than studied civil engineering too. (I have a master's degree that I was never able to use because of my dedication to music.)
Studied sound engineering at the Academy of Cinematic Arts in Bologna and had my diploma in 2004. Since then I work as independent guitarist, lutenist, recording and mixing engineer in my own semi-mobile studio space.
Played in many music bands from Irish folk to Blues-rock and different cover bands. I'm very much in love with electric guitars too and have a great selections of them as well as the tube amps of the vintage era.
Have done numerous recordings and albums for choirs, folk groups, classical guitarists and rock bands as well as live festivals.
I own a high quality studio setup that I can easily mobilise even to abroad when needed.
The last few years I've been helping amateur artists to develop their great musical ideas into high level "sketches" or even finished recordings.
One of my recent recording jobs was the CD recording of the Dingle New-Music Choir & Orchestra

1 ReviewsEndorse Gabor Zajzon
I 'discovered' Gabor some years ago when in Venice, I just turned into a packed square and, even for that most crowded of cities, this was a real log-jam caused entirely by this brilliant musician just giving a free masterclass on a lovely old Lute. So I joined the crush and soaked up the sheer joy of his wonderful renditions and variations of early music and renaissance compositions. I've been a fan ever since.
