Composer for Visual Media

Experienced and versatile composer whose music can be heard on various TV shows, music libraries, short films and web series. TV Credits include CW's "The 100", CBS's "NCIS: New Orleans", Fox's "Lethal Weapon", TNT's "Legends", CNN's "American Style", and Lifetime's "The Lizzie Borden Chronicles". A classically trained pianist in my youth, I developed a dual interest in scoring for motion picture and music production while at Occidental College, where I studied Music Composition and received my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film Production. The relationships I formed with fellow filmmakers on campus led me to score a handful of student films, including my own 10-minute short film.

After graduating in 2014, I landed a job as an assistant to Emmy-nominated composer Tree Adams, under whom I first began writing music for television. Beyond learning the ability to compose a variety of cinematic and popular styles or music, the greatest skills I've gained from my professional experience have been the ability to understand the needs of a client, how it relates to the story they're trying to tell, and how to execute their vision in the time frame that it is needed. I've always aimed to be an effective storyteller with my music, while also integrating an awareness and sensibility for the tastes and trends of pop culture in the current moment.
