When working with me you will get top-notch work I believe in giving the best to people.
Hi my name is Ginny I have been performing and songwriting since I was 6 years old and still doing this 24 years later. I am classically trained in opera for 5 years and vocally trained for 3 years. I have been doing music pretty much my whole life with my the influence of my grandmother. I have the biggest passion for singing/songwriting I am always trying to prefect my craft and make it better. I look forward to working with others who have that same passion and love for music like me. I am strongest in topline work and I get my best ideas when writing music this way. Lyrics,Top Lining,Hook,Ad-Lib and Vocal Production are my strengths. The genre that is my own and I typically write is pop. I also love writing, r&b/ballad/hip-hop and some country. I feel like I am one of the easiest people to work with because I love listening to others and I always want my work to be top-notch. I write from my heart and I am a super in touch with my emotions so lyrics flow petty easily to me. I am currently working on a EP and looking for more production on it. Music means the world to me and is my universal language. It's where I have always felt most at home. I want to make this my career and share my love to the world through music. I have always been a person that sees the brighter side in life and wants others to be happy. I would love to share that gift to people through music.

Interview with Ginny Juanita
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I am super proud of putting out my first original song Sunflower. I have many songs but I'm super picky so never put them out. I worked with a great producer and he brought it to life. It has so many Harmonies on it as well that I love.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I am working on my own EP
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: Yes I would recommend my good friend Bria A.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: I would say analog because I like everything in the original form especially when singing. Digital is also really good though.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: To make sure that I will give you the best quality work the first time. I will also listen to your direction and fully where you want to go.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I just love music and anything revolving around it and helping others with their music.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: How long this will take to get done? My answer is I will always have this done when you need it by.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: I think people don't understand the difference of what a top-liner writer does. I love being a songwriter as well but I think top-line work is super fun and a lot of people don't know what it is.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: What feelings do you want someone to feel when hearing this? What are you hoping to do with this song? What vibe do you want for this song? What is your genre?
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Make sure you are working with someone who will give you the best quality work. Make sure they are always up-front and honest with you about everything.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: My phone/Samson mic/Aokeo pop filter/my chrome book/head phones
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: My career path is to be able to share my music with others and truly help people. I have been doing music pretty much my whole life. My goal for myself is to get my EP out there and to help others with their music.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: My style is pop mixed with indie-pop
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: There is so many artist I would love to work with but a big one for me is Ed Sheeran because of how truthful he is and i love his attitude toward life. Another would be Nick Jonas he is so humble but amazing at coming up with melodies and catchy tunes.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: I would say a big tip for me is to not get overwhelmed. When writing music have fun and don't let the pressure get to you. You may be working on a song and cant finish it at that time and go to something else. That is fully ok because its all about experimenting and having fun.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I work on a lot of Pop music which could differ from Soft Pop/Indie Pop/Soul Pop/Ballad etc. I also love doing Hip-Hop music though and dabble in rapping.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Being able to write lyrics because I can hear a beat and write music to it even without listening to the whole beat. Lyrics coming to me pretty easily and this has always been a strong suit I have.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring a lot of heart and soul to a song. I always share my heart when I am writing music with others. I try to bring empathy to the song in-case someone has been in this situation before. I also bring past experiences in some of my music I have written. Lastly I try to make my music relatable rather that be having fun/ a hard moment/ lost love/new love or etc.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I have been writing for so long that I could just be doing something and I have lyrics come to me. I think for me I do it both ways when songwriting I either write music by hearing a melody and go with it. The other way is just by getting the lyrics come to you and coming up with the melody in your head.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I have a small studio set up right now. My desk with my mic and pop-filter I have set up. Then I have my Launch Pad for when I start making beats.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I have so many musicians that inspire me it's hard to chose just one. I guess if I had to pick it would be Ed Sheeran. I love how raw his lyrics are and it speaks to others.
