Hi, My name is Clay and I'm a session drummer located in Sydney, Australia. I've been playing drums professionally for over 20 years in lots of different styles; everything from 50's & 60s, disco to pop, rock and metal. I'm available for recording sessions either for individual songs or whole albums at competitive rates.

Having cut my teeth for many years in live music scene all over Australia, I'm now also providing remotely recorded drum tracks from my home studio. I specialise in pop, rock and hard rock, with a range of sounds available using pro level recording tools. I can provide both recorded and programmed tracks and will work with you to provide the sound and feel that you're after.

I have had international recording releases with my bands Blasted To Static (Metalapolis Records) and Night Legion (Massacre Records). I'm also currently touring with Australia's #1 INXS tribute show Don't Change.

I'm a proud endorsee of Rech cymbals and Fishsticks drumsticks. I record primarily using electronic drums as this allows much more freedom in terms of getting exactly the drum sounds you want by using an array of pro-quality drum sample libraries. Also, I can provide the track midi files so that you can apply your own sounds if you'd prefer.
