As someone who initially moved to Nashville as a singer-songwriter I have unique approach to mixing. Being a singer myself I understand that the artist needs to be the focal point. I'm a big believer in dynamics and emotion. I don't squash the life out of the mixes and mastering that I do. Music needs to breathe!

Just phenomenal. Gave Doug a pretty involved song to mix (live orchestra strings, lots of backing vox, full band, etc) and he completely nailed it. Great ear, great tech--song just came alive. Can't wait to work together again!
