  1. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  2. A: I love music so getting paid to do what I love is great.

  3. Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

  4. A: How much do you charge? is the main question. For me it always depends on what the project is.

  5. Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

  6. A: That it is easy to create music that sounds good in everything that it is played in.

  7. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  8. A: The only question I usually have is how long do I have to get it done

  9. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  10. A: Trust that I live by my word and I strive for excellence. Whatever you want you get. I will only make suggestions if need be.

  11. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  13. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  14. A: I am a professional but I have not dabbled in any work with industry artist yet. I have sold beats online before. I started working with beats in 1999.

  15. Q: How would you describe your style?

  16. A: I am an underground type of producer but I can get into mainstream styles at any time.

  17. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  18. A: I have many. I would like to work with J. Cole because I enjoy his approach to music .

  19. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  20. A: Always listen to your mix in multiple mediums before you call it done. Everything has a different range in terms of bass and highs.

  22. A: I am a hip hop producer mainly. I went to school to broaden my horizons and learned some different styles and I have some good knowledge of music notation and w

  23. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  24. A: My strongest skill currently is creating custom audio for events such as Party's, shows, church events, school projects. I also do video editing with music as well.

  25. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  26. A: I tend to bring a reality to music. Sometimes you don't want to go too far out there because you can alienate you listener. Less is always more, that will never change when it comes to music. People want to hear whats going on with the music rather than have different things take away from their focus.

  27. Q: What's your typical work process?

  28. A: Listening session followed by a brain storm session. I then purposly create multiple versions of the same projects and borrow form each of them to create the final version. Its always a good idea not to get locked into one vision with projects.

  29. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  30. A: I'm currently in between living situations. I have a set up that is small but I have all the necessary things I need to mix and produce effectively

  31. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  32. A: I have always been a fan of artist or producers who do things the way the want to. I am not a fan of copying or trying to resemble other peoples arts. Unless it is requested by a client then I can accommodate.

  33. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  34. A: I worked my beat tape series called The Presentment for the last couple years and I really enjoyed working on those.

  36. A: my own music currently

  39. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  40. A: I am digital because its just easier to manage and its portable.

  42. A: The job will be done in the time provided.
