I am a Trap/RnB mixing engineer from Armenia working with artists with an audience of over 20 million listeners. Fargo, Big Baby Tape, DooMee, Eurovision and The Voice finalists + many more.
I am a musician and engineer with more than 10 years experience in the industry.
Most of my life I worked in Moscow, Russia with famous producers and artists mainly in the genres of hip-hop and pop. But 1.5 years ago I was forced to leave my country due to the political situation and build my career in my second homeland, Armenia, almost from scratch.
During this time, I found collaborators and we built a new recording studio and in just a few months we attracted the attention of the local pop and hip-hop scene. To this day I am still bringing a new sound to the pop scene in Armenia. Now I do music and mixing for Anahit Adamyan, Nonna Yeganyan, ASH and others.
Now I am starting to work more often with artists from America and Europe. For example, working with multi-platinum producer Fargo with Miguel credits, artist and fashion influencer David that worked with DAB, Lil Pump.
Now I can't wait to work with you!
So write to me and we'll work on some great new stuff.
Would love to hear from you. Click the contact button above to get in touch.

Sergey was the perfect person to work with on my project.
Patient, advised and so talented to make the sound you're looking for.
I'm looking forward to work with him soon. I worked with Sergey on my two EP in different styles. He is very sufficient professional and makes all the best to rich relevant result. Two EP were published with label Klever.
It necessary to mentioned that during studio sessions with Sergey lots of new ideas were born, what also makes the result better. It means that he is really creative and can make comfortable creative aura in his circle.
Our team and Sergey were very lucky! For the showreel, he made the first sound draft in the shortest possible time, at the same time very high-quality, and most importantly in the atmosphere of references that we picked up! After the mounted video, I have already finalized and reduced it properly! Seryoga, you are the best🙏 always in touch
We’ve been working on 5 songs. All of them were different: classical, rock, electronic, alternative and pop. And I can say that Sergey is a genius cause all of them turned out to be amazing! I can highly recommend him to every person cause there’s no task he can’t solve! ✨
Interview with Mazel Tov
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: Right now I have a few mixes in the works for my regular clients, studio recording sessions, producing an EP for my US friend in the fashion industry. Also a lot of my own projects, including a solo album, music videos and many other interesting things.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I promise to take your song to the next level. To put it through my vision, to reflect on it, and to do what I do best. I always listen carefully to the artist who comes to me. I believe it is very important to understand the ideas and desires of the client, each person is unique and requires a unique approach.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: I usually ask for other songs by the artist to be sent to me to check out the creation. I also ask the client to describe their new project and their expectations from it.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: You can get by with a laptop quite well, even a phone. Something to capture the idea.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: For about 10 years I've been making music almost every day. I first downloaded Fl Studio when I was 10 years old, even then I was amazed by the possibilities. But I started writing music a little later, I always wrote it first of all for myself, gaining knowledge and experience.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Style can't be described, you can feel it. My style feels good.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I think it's Kanye West. Because I spent a substantial part of my life with his music and over the years I haven't lost my interest. Every year I get closer and closer to that goal.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: All my life I've been into hip-hop, rnb, alternative music. And it just so happens that is exactly what I do. I make beats for street rappers, locally known pop singers, mysterious rnb singers and mix records for them.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I know that I bring a fresh breath, new ideas to the songs, trying to find things that no one sees but everyone is looking for. I often hear from my clients after working with me that no one has ever understood their ideas like I did. On an intuitive level I manage to feel well the person to whom I make a song. And on a technical level I understand how best to realize it. With most of my clients we remain friends after working together.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I have a great studio in the center of Yerevan, with Tannoy Gold near-field monitors, Apollo sound interface, Lewitt 640 microphone, studio is acoustically prepared. I work there both with artists one-on-one and on my own.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I'm inspired by musicians who are on fire with their craft day in and day out, living them in tranquility. This can range from industry mastodons like Mike Dean to my local community. The latter is actually much more important, because it's what you brew in and what toughens you up.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: My main line of work is mixing hip-hop, pop and rnb records, I am mostly approached for this. People around me like my vision and I always try to make the song as good as possible. In addition to that I am often requested to do the full production of a song, from arranging and producing the vocal stacks, to mixing. It's what I do best, it's what I can do without a break and people know and appreciate it.
