Anton Shaplin on SoundBetter

Composer & songwriter creating modern pop, dance-pop and nu-disco songs — looking for great English-speaking topliners and co-writers.

I'm a composer, songwriter and producer based in Moscow, creating original contemporary pop, dance-pop and nu-disco music.

My songs usually begin with melody, harmony and a production concept. I develop the musical foundation and arrangement, and I'm looking to collaborate with English-speaking topliners and songwriters who can bring strong lyrics, vocal ideas and a natural contemporary English perspective.

I'm interested in genuine co-writing rather than one-off lyric-writing services. Ideally, I'd like to build long-term creative collaborations and develop songs from initial ideas into polished, release-ready productions.

My professional work includes music and sound projects for major international brands in the Russian market, including Sony PlayStation Russia, Louis Vuitton Russia and Coca-Cola Russia, as well as work with major Russian artists including Dima Bilan, Oxxxymiron and Sergey Lazarev.

I'm particularly interested in working with songwriters who have a strong feel for modern pop, dance-pop, disco, funk-pop and electronic pop.

Open to remote collaborations with writers and topliners in the US, UK and Europe.
