About me:
My name is Sigit, I'am a Audio Engineer based in Indonesia. Started my carrer as Bass player, and have been work in music industries for 5 years. Now I've been work and operate my own studio Threshold Sound Labs. Well, that's a little less-interesting story about me.

  1. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  2. A: More Than Life from UK. Because one of their songs entitled "Threshold" got me interested in learning about Audio. And now I have a studio called "Threshold Sound Labs".

  3. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  4. A: I always give the "best thing" to every song or project I work on. After all, each song has its own "character" and "emotion". So each one has a "different ways".

  5. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  6. A: Brian Hood from 456 Recordings.

  7. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  8. A: Computer, DAW, audio interfaces, headphone, speaker, and many other toys.

  9. Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

  10. A: I think "wearing" or "owning" Expensive Gear will make the quality of my work even better. But it all depends on the skills we have.

  11. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  12. A: My main job is mixing & mastering. But I also do editing, vocal tuning, and podcast mixing & mastering.

  13. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  14. A: Both! Each has its advantages and it complements each other.

  15. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  16. A: Most of my clients come from metal, hardcore, and punk rock bands. However, I've also worked with rappers, singer-songwriters, and pop musicians.

  17. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  18. A: Mixing, mastering, and tracking.
