Interview with Shaq Arts
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: it was my finale beat for my producer certificate at SAE Institute. When graduated, I shared it to uncle Snoop Dogg on twitter. I was perplexed about the beat. I took out insurance right after Uncle Snoop retweeted me and added the track onto his favorites on Soundcloud. If uncle SNOOP DOGG likes it... NO DOUBT, it's fire man ! It is as if Uncle Snoop was a reviewer on SoundBetter and said to me "You are on the right track, Go for it !!" This is how I joined Built 2 Ball & DoggyStyle Records two years later. This is why I came on SoundBetter !
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: In the streaming game.. To help my clients to make it for a living from their music.
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?

A: I don't believe there are any misconceptions about me. I'm very direct, respectful and honest. I am honest about theirs weaknesses. It gives them an opportunity to grow. Practice what you preach... Chuuchh !! (laughs)
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: I often ask my clients what impresses them, and what are theirs goals. After my reviews, if my client can impress anyone who listens to his music, then I reached my goal. If not the case, I failed.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
