I work in Logic Pro X with an array of the latest instrument and effects plug-ins from leading manufacturers and can remix in a range of different dance music styles from downtempo & chill, through tropical, deep house and house up to progressive house and banging trance. I also have 15 plus years experience as a DJ so I know what works well in a club as well as on the radio.
I am also happy to ghost produce entire tracks for other artists /DJs if required - pricing on request.

Interview with Mike Jolly
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: My music has been influenced by a lot of 80s artists such as Depeche Mode, Gary Numan, New Order, Tears for Fears, ABC, Pet Shop Boys & Thomas Dolby through 90's acts like The Shamen, Air, Daft Punk, Leftfield, Chicane & Royksopp, and more current producers and acts like MK, Above & Beyond, Kaskade, Shallou, Rufus Du Sol and Satin Jackets.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: My own unique sound. I think there's a lot of producers out there who are very good at imitating other people's styles, but I'd like to think you can recognise one of my productions. Also as someone with extensive experience as a DJ I know what works on a dance floor as well as on radio.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I've worked on lots of different genres of electronic music from synthpop, acid house, house, UK garage, trance, progressive house, deep house, downtempo to electronic pop and lots of things in between! - I've been sent some really great and varied tracks to work on recently - everything from dreamy synthpop to harder EDM styles.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I always start by listening to the original track and identifying a vibe that I think will work for the remix. Then it's usually a case of finding a chord progression that gives me the vibe I'm after. Once I'm feeling that I'll usually lay out the vocal over the progression and a basic beat and then start filling in the other components - drums, bass, synths etc.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Remixes for club and radio. Taking the Artist's original track and putting my own unique spin on it.
