  1. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  2. A: I will do my best

  3. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  4. A: To Create and make sound beautiful to the ear so the people can enjoy? transport And create memories with the músic

  5. Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

  6. A: Some artist that are in a growing or develop emend phase on their career ask me If it’s too expensive ( because I’m a “known artist” so they asume my productions are expensive which are... thats relative tho) My answer is yes is expensive but I can adapt to different situations and different artists that are in another part of their career In their career. Let’s listen first and then talk money. I like to support new artists as some successful artist support me by hiring me in my developing career.

  7. Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

  8. A: I can’t do some is not listed in my description I think I’m ready to work almost any style any artist. If I don’t know something I learn it quick and confident.

  9. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  10. A: Do you know what you want ? Do you know where you are going or where you want to go with your music , style , sound ?

  11. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  12. A: Live artist.... Stevie wonder , because of the perfection of his songs. My maximum icon Prince , perfectionist I would love to have worked with him, top in everything.

  13. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  14. A: My most important tip is to work the best way possible since the beginning of a project so we don’t waste time fixing or coming back later. If you want The best Final results pay attention to every detail at the beginning and try to get the best sounds , takes , audio when you start whatever you re working on.

  15. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  16. A: Funk, Hip hop , pop , Latin Urban , rock

  17. Q: What's your typical work process?

  18. A: Depends on the job but generally go through all the process from scratch. When a band or artist comes with the songs I do a classic production. sometimes have to travel other countries to produce where the band is. I rather old school production style where you do preproduction, rehearse and do short time recording in the studio. But sometimes that’s not possible and most of the time i work the “contemporary” production style in the box at the time you re composing or creating. I enjoy both ways tho, I guess is a plus I god by beginning so young in the 90s

  19. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  20. A: It’s a small studio but fully loaded with analog instruments and plugins (virtual instruments and Audio processor plugins) I have a thing for vintage an analog instruments also for guitars and amplifiers.. my recording and mixing setup is a Pro standard where I get high quality results. Avid hdx plus Uad sponsored all plugins. Nice mics and couple of Neve pre. I can really get top competitive results.

  22. A: Prince, Pharrell, Bruno Mars ,

  23. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  24. A: Production, mixing , composition, beat making, instruments recordings.

  25. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  26. A: Latin Grammy Winning song of Los Amigos Invisibles “Tocamela” I produced the version of the song that got the Grammy.

  27. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  28. A: Productions for Los amigos invisibles, Pooow and my Music

  29. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  30. A: Mix of both, get the best of both worlds. Analog because of the warm rich real sound and the experience. Digital Because is pristine, modern and affordable. the technology has advanced so much that can give you Ideas and music analog can’t.

  31. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  32. A: Let’s create the new sound , what’s about to come , not what’s already done. Let’s go there. And Let’s doit right from the beginning

  33. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  34. A: Guitar , laptop with Ableton, keyboard, mic , speakers

  35. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  36. A: 25+ years since I was 13yo, starred playing as a keyboard player for others But wanting to have my band , then I made it and lead it , we where successful all around Latin America and then we split, continued my solo career and at the same time took seriously the production. Now I’m playing Guitar and producing in a popular Chilean band and also spend time working for others and in my solo career too.
