Producer - Engineer - Creator

Producing music has been a passion since a teenager. When it comes to mixing/engineering, I've had the opportunity to learn from Grammy nominated engineer, Tre Nagella, while he engineered Kirk Franklin's "Losing My Religion" album. My inspiration stems from Wayman Tisdale, Ryan Leslie, and the great Timbaland. I'm all about creating, let's work!

Dez Ward, musically known as Dmusiq is a producer/engineer from Tulsa, OK. He developed a love for music at an early age and taught himself how to play the piano by ear while also taking lessons from piano instructor, Phylicia Hollis. His musical inspiration and creativity stems from his cousin Vearl Tolbert (Saxophonist) as VT was able to introduce Dez to the keyboard. Other artists and producers that have been an impact are Antjuan Robinson, Michael Todd, Timbaland, Wayman Tisdale and Ryan Leslie. With a background in Sports Management, Dez has used his managerial skills to help create and build a production team. He also completed his Audio Engineering certification with Recording Radio Film Connection (RRFC) out of Beverly Hills, CA while taking courses with Grammy nominated Engineer Tre Nagella in Dallas, TX. As they continue to build the WeThatSound brand, all understand the dedication, hard work, blood, sweat, and tears it takes to develop and maintain a team who strives to reach the next level of success.
