From working as an engineer for MPG and BRIT award winning producers, leading to credits with artists such as Madness, Tom Walker, Marika Hackman and James, I've been lucky to learn a lot of my craft. Alongside this I've worked on numerous of my own production and band projects refining my skills.
I’m a London, UK based producer, mixer, engineer, drummer, with experience working on a wide range of music - anything from grunge and indie rock, to pop and classical.
My background as a drummer playing for a number of bands has benefited my work with both solo artists, by being able take their work to the next level with the introduction of often missing rhythmic and production elements, as well as being able to understand the dynamics of a band and what they require from me as a producer, mixer or engineer. I have also developed a number of connections with some amazing musicians, including string and brass arrangers, so can help provide a variety of elements to a production.
In addition to my work in the “pop”/“alternative” music industry I have experience engineering and editing classical music and podcasts - I was a core member working on the development, and later engineering/editing, for In The Woods' ‘Tape Notes’ podcast.
I mainly work in Pro Tools, however, have experience with a wide range gear and other DAWs such as Logic and Reaper.
I would love to hear from you to discuss potential work, answer any further questions, and happy to provide more examples of work if needed.
