SadNoize does things that no other musicians are doing right now. He can create entire songs in minutes using multiple instruments and tools such as loop pedals and ambient reverbs. SadNoize has worked behind the scenes for years but is now coming out of the underground to experiment publicly with releasing new genres of jazz/ hip hop
SadNoize began his musical career at the age of 3 playing drums and was fortunate enough to have studied under Alan Dawson in Boston. SadNoize also started producing music and writing songs over 15 years ago and has become one of and arguably the best Akai MPC live players currently known.
There are very few multi-instrumentalists who can post produce and also physically play their music on an instrument such as the MPC like SadNoize can do, the instrumentation he implements in his live sets would normally require a producer or DJ to play through a DAW thus spending most of their time dancing and queuing up pre recorded stems. SadNoize works different
He currently plays drums, guitar, sings, piano, bass guitar, synthesiser and The MPC., He also mixes and masters his own music.
Find him on Spotify where he recently created an experimental track using unorthodox equipment such as an xbox360 headset as a microphone and iPhone app as a drum kit just to prove that music can be created even when you have limited tools
His main specialties are in blending genres such as Trap, Punk, Jazz, Hip-hop, metal, reggae, bossanova, Latin and many other styles. You name it, he can do it
SadNoize is currently looking at working with new artists in Brisbane who want to push boundaries and create something new
