  1. Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?

  2. A: Not at the moment.

  3. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  4. A: Be confident and know exactly what you are looking for. Also, make sure people are responding back to you in a timely manner so that you know they are serious about what they do.

  5. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  6. A: Computer, microphone, audio interface, headphones, and guitar.

  7. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  8. A: I have been doing this for over 6 years. I started becoming obsessed with music around 15 years ago when I was a teenager in high school. I would start memorizing my favorite songs and sing them to my friends. Eventually I started freestyling and writing my own songs. College distracted me for a few years, but after I graduated I realized music was what I really wanted to do and I started going full force ever since.

  9. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  10. A: Lil Peep (RIP) just because he was so raw and unfiltered. His style really helped me transform my own.

  11. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  12. A: Make the music you want to make and you will enjoy the process a lot more.

  13. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  14. A: Alternative rock, alternative hip hop, emo rap

  15. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  16. A: To be able to write a catchy song and melodies.

  17. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  18. A: I feel I bring an energy and uniqueness that not too many artists can bring to a song. Whether it's catchy songwriting or the presence of my voice and melodies.

  19. Q: What's your typical work process?

  20. A: I generally start with a beat and freestyle and until I come up with something catchy. I will write the whole song then record, or record each part I freestyle piece by piece until a song is complete.

  21. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  22. A: My studio is a home recording setup. I use an AKG c214 microphone, Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 audio interface, KRK Rokit 5 studio monitors, and my digital audio workstation is Pro Tools. I also use a pair of Audio Technica closed backed headphones for mixing and mastering.

  23. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  24. A: Lil Peep, Nirvana

  25. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  26. A: I provide songwriting, main vocals, backing vocals. I also can produce a professional quality mix on vocals. I make beats, and can also play guitar.
