A: Mixing and mastering.

A: I got an analogic set up based on outboard compressors, and a really nice conversors (SSL and Apogee). Lot of microphones like Coles 4038, Neumann, AKG, etc.

A: First listening to the artist/producer, then follow my systematic workflow.
