I've been Blessed to work with some of the very best musicians, songwriters and artists in the industry and so I have an "Old School" approach to music and production. My name is Bear Williams AKA Larry Kimpel. I’m a Chicago native and my principal instruments are Electric Bass, Fretless Bass, Acoustic Bass, Lead and Background Vocals and Guitar. I do remote recording productions, songwriting, arranging and editing for all manner of music from Blues to Jazz, Rock, World, Funk, Gospel and More!
My recording credits include albums by George Duke, Frankie Beverly & Maze, Steve Perry, Oleta Adams, Whitney Houston, Lionel Ritchie, Tom Scott, The Crusaders, Boney James, and many others.
