Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: People confused mixing with a remix and/or a mashup.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: What bands do you want to sound like.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Know how you want the songs to sound. That way I can know exactly what to do.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: Waves L1, Waves Q10, SoundToys DevilLoc, Amplitube 3 and JST Clip.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I have been doing this for about a year and a half. My plan is to be a music producer and mixing engineer for as much bands as possible from all over the world
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: I'm an organized person and like to plan ahead of time . When I begin to work on a project I already have a plan of what I am going to do to get the desired final product.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Rush, because they are all outstanding musicians and make my job a lot easier.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Have a plan for everything, that way you won't get in the way of the music.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Rock and Heavy Metal, but I am open to any style of music.

A: I put all the elements of a song in their correct place.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: After I get a song I listen to it a couple of times to get the sound of the song in my head. After that I try the dial the overall sound of the song. Once I get it I work on the details to get exactly what I want.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I mix in the box. Like in everything else in life, I believe that less is more. Fancy gear is great but I don't like relying on it. What matters most is your skills and not your tools.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I really admire guys like Joey Sturgis, Eyal Levi, Joel Wanasek, Andy Sneap and Fredrik Nordström.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
