Josiah is a talented engineer. On a technical level he is extremely solid and proficient. He knows everything he needs to know to make a technically great sounding and balanced mix. He has a phenomenal work ethic and can work longer and harder than other engineers I’ve worked with because he’s a lover of music and gets as excited about my music as he does his own. Apart from that, he’s got great instincts for melody and chord progressions and arrangement. He has good ideas and will give them to you If he feels it makes the song better. Very flexible as well and ego is not a problem.

Josiah is a true artist and visionary when it comes to the recording process. He posesses the unique skills needed to help achieve every artist's musical goal with satisfaction.
