Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: Diego Raposo, it's a great music producer and mix engineer from my country.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I have 5 years on this, I started very young at 12 years old, producing (or trying to) hiphop beats, later I started to learn to play guitar and piano and worked with mostly personal projects, later with some friends and go on. Actually I'm studying music production and working with some local artists.
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: Suturo by Manuel Saleta, He has an incredible voice and style, the song is really good. My role was edit and mix the vocals.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: Recording and producing my first EP collaborating with some local artists, and composing the first EP of my band Fractured Silence
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: Bring my best and work together to get the better result possible.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: Create new stuff, it's very exciting create something from nothing practically.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Is a fusion of all my different influences: Rock, Merengue, Bachata, Progressive Metal, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Pop... it's very hard to define. xD
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Tool, because I'm a big fan of them. This is my dream some day get work with them, the band is a great influence for me. and Emma Proulx, love her voice
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Trust in your ears, and be you. it's no secret in music, if something works and you like it, this is the right way to do it.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Lofi Hip-Hop, Rock, Indie Pop.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: My signature sound and my crazy but unique style.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: Is a really basic setup [Home studio setup to be honest] audio interface, electric, acoustic and classic guitar, keyboards, electric bass, guitar amplifiers, Laptop. I will be upgrading it with reached money with the works.

A: Production and Mixing/Editing

A: In Music Production: Fytch, San Holo and Flume; In Mixing: Dave Otero, Steven Wilson; and as Guitarist Joe Duplantier and Adam Jones.
