I deliver professionally mastered records daily for a living, with high standards in quality control. I am also a musician and audio engineer with a long experience in music production, from arranging for French pop star Sebastien Tellier to mastering Singapore hip hop artist Nikhil Senan's debut album. I have found my true calling in mastering!
Here is what I will do with your music:
- Listen to it meticulously in a professionally designed room with mastering-grade acoustics, full-range, phase-aligned HEDD monitoring and ARC 3 acoustic correction
- If necessary, provide informed feedback on your songs
- Thoroughly check for unwanted noise, glitch or artefact and suggest an appropriate solution
- Listen to provided references or top hits in your genre, and use that as benchmark in my mastering session
- Apply any processing I deem beneficial (and nothing superfluous), using some of the best/latest mastering software such as Shadow Hills, iZotope, AcusticaAudio, MeterPlugs, Brainworx etc.
- Generate quality-checked wav files in both 16bits/44,1kHz and 24bits/native SR
I won't attempt to imprint my own sound to your music or crush its dynamics (unless you explicitly request it), my goal is to preserve your artistic vision while improving your mix when possible. I am very thorough and pay a lot of attention to detail.
Mastering comes with two rounds of revisions so you can request for adjustments if the first attempt isn't completely to your liking. Additional revisions are charged $25 (but are very rarely necessary). Please note that submitting a new mix of the same song is charged as an extra revision, so make it is final before sending it over.

Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My strongest skill is being able to instantly spot the strengths and weaknesses of a song, thanks to my intensive training in critical listening and long experience.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: My studio has been designed and treated based on a professional acoustic study, in order to achieve a reliable mastering environment. I work in the box with the latest and most efficient mastering software. Both hardware and software are constantly updated. I am much more interested in the final result and the emotional impact of the music than in gear and shiny objects.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I am a music lover first and foremost, and I can't think of a genre I won't listen, as long as the artist is talented. Mastering gives me the opportunity to discover new and different music all the time, which is a constant joy to me.
