Extremely talented and pleasant to interact with.
Roland is not only very professional but also very talented, I will definitely work with him again!
Roland is super professional and an overall talent. His tracks are great and he's super easy to work with! I had a great experience working with him.
Roland is an absolute delight to work with. I hired him to produce two songs on an EP I was working on in the Urban Pop genre, and he delivered the first draft to me within 24 hours, and the final revision a day after. So impressed. Roland's music is very tasteful and stands out amongst others in the same genre. Will hire again!
Interview with Roland Greco
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: My promise to my clients is: I will be very easy to communicate with and professional. I can keep in constant contact with you until the project is done. I will answer any and all questions or critiques. And I will not stop until you are 100% satisfied.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring many elements to a given song. There have been songs where I have written, produced, recorded, mixed, and mastered. I have the skills to bring the client whatever service he or she needs.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I work very fast but also thoroughly. If producing or writing, I typically start with basic elements like drums or chords. I then quickly fill out the track within a day. If I am mixing or editing, I usually start by cleaning up the session and organizing it. I then go into each track and make sure it is in time, and in tune. I tune using Melodyne and give industry standard results.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I have a recording interface that allows me to record vocals, guitars, bass, and drums. I also have an expansive library of software instruments and samples. These tools allow me to create music with many sounds, such as classical strings to 808 drums. I also have a high quality monitoring system where I can accurately make professional sounding mixes.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Many classic and modern artists inspire me. I am inspired by the greatness of The Beatles and the genius that is Kanye West. I grew up listening to bands, but throughout the years, my inspiration has been split pretty evenly between eclectic bands and modern producers of hip-hop and pop.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I most commonly get asked to do production work for clients. Whether it is producing a live band or making a beat for a rapper. That being said, most production work can be done on the computer. So I am usually making tracks for clients in styles such as hip-hop, r&b, pop, electronic, and rock.
