Representing Kalamazoo, MI, Sherridan Harris (a.k.a. Sherdizzil) is a rapper, singer-songwriter, producer & spoken word artist. Sherdizzil released his debut album Day In The Life on March 9, 2021. Sherdizzil sets himself apart as a solo artist with catchy hooks, meaningful messages, relatable topics, smooth vocals, and his lyrical prowess on full display. In July 2022, he released The Vine Album, dedicated to the inspiration he pulled from his peers in the Vine Neighborhood in Kalamazoo, MI. By 2023, Sherdizzil had solidified his relevancy in the Southwest Michigan music scene. Over 100 songs have been released on all streaming platforms with contributions from Sherdizzil, garnering hundreds of thousands of streams plus accolades (WYCE award - Seen Not Heard and Our Daily Bread by Last Gasp Collective). Leap Year 2024 was the release of Sherdizzil’s first double album - The Sherridan Harris Lp. Sherdizzil merges R&B and Hip Hop, producing a completely distinct sound. The album is a tribute to his progress as an artist, as he explores diverse subjects and emotions through his music. From introspective compositions that dive into personal issues to infectious choruses and bridges that make you turn up or simply Catch A Vibe. 6 years, 12 albums - what a devotion to not only the craft but his city.

A: I also work in education and I’m going into my fourth year.
