Kalamazoo, MI & Nashville, TN artist Sherridan Harris a.k.a. Sherdizzil has been quite active. In the summer of 2018, Harris began working extensively with newly established label - Last Gasp Music, from writing the song “Gold” on “Pigment Of My Imagination” by Venezia Jones along with writing and vocal credits on the album “1302” by Jay Jackson & Jessica Ivey. In 2019, Sherdizzil’s lyricism blossomed, being the lead writer of Courtney Moore’s debut album “Senful” & Last Gasp Collective’s WYCE Award Winning sophomore album “Seen Not Heard.” Harris managed to thrive during the surprising spell of the 2020 COVID-19 Pandemic as a writer, featured artist and executive producer on works such as “First Time” by Jessica Ivey, “Understand” by Mitchie Moore and “Hard 2 Luv” by King James. 2021 finally saw the fruition of Sherdizzil’s debut album “Day In The Life.” Dubbed as the “Smokey Robinson” of the LGC by Jay Jackson, Sherdizzil sets himself apart as a solo artist with catchy hooks, meaningful messages, relatable topics, smooth vocals, and his lyrical prowess on full display. Serving as lead writer and executive producer of Courtney Moore’s recently released Sophomore Album, “25,” along with multiple collaborations in the works (including B4P’s debut album “Business B4 Pleasure”), Sherridan and his own collective “Gene-E-Us” are geared for 2022 to be even more fruitful than 2021.
