A: send me a pro backing track. Then I come up with a vocal melody with senseless words, where a lyric writer from you or me writes a lyric for it which fits the exact phrasing.

A: Cubase and Powercore and Waves Plugins. Sampletank (miroslav ) for strings. Amp modeller for electric guitars.
