Hi, my name is Daniel Mitchell, a freelance tracking, mixing, and mastering engineer based in Atlanta, Georgia. I've been in love with music for practically my whole life. I got my first engineering gig as an assistant at Red Arrow Studios in Westminster, SC. I left South Carolina. In 2018 I moved to Atlanta to pursue my degree in audio from SAE Institute Atlanta. Along the way I worked as an intern at Defiant Studios and as an assistant for Grammy nominated engineer, Mike "Snotty" Miller. In December 2019, I graduated from SAE.

I have experience in many different genres including Americana, bluegrass, country, hip-hop, pop, punk and r&b. I mix everything on Pro Tools but I have no problem working in Logic Pro X if needed. Everything that I mix is done at Mudnoc Studios in Atlanta, Georgia.
