Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: Artist: Bad Boy Leroy I played most of the guitar work on this album.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I am in the studio 2 times a month working on a proeject for myself and another young lady named Belle Lundon
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Analog. Nothing has surpassed it yet.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: Satisfaction guaranteed! I only need 2-3 passes on a song to get it right.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I can’t read music. It all comes from my soul. I play by ear.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: How much do you charge? Depends on the project.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: I have a full time job outside of playing music.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: 1. What are your top 10 favorite songs? 2. What type of sound are you looking for in your original work? 3. What are their instruments will be in the set?
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Hire musicians that have experience in the studio and can provide you with links to the work they have played on. Judge the quality of the sound versus whether or not you like the music. Most musicians like me can play any style of music.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: 1. A Knife 2. Lighter 3. Cast Iron skillet 4. A gig spear 5. Acoustic Guitar
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I have been playing guitar for over 20 years and I’ve been playing the piano for about 28 years. I would consider myself a guitarist more than a pianist.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Music is created from the soul and my soul is full of music.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I would work with any artist on original material excluding hip-hop and rap. I have nothing against hip-hop and rap but I would not be very helpful in that type of production.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Hire experienced musicians. Musicians with over 20 years of experience or greater should be sourced for any album work.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I work on Folk, Rock, singer songwriter, blues, country, pop rock, jazz etc. I am extremely versatile for the guitar.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My strongest skill is guitar playing however I can also play the bass guitar
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I can play acoustic rhythm guitar and lead guitar.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I have an ovation acoustic guitar, a fender Stratocaster with Texas special pick ups, and a Gibson Les Paul custom. I have a fender twin tube amplifier and a paddleboard with a variety of sounds.

A: I am a fan of the Eagles, Lynyrd Skynyrd, the Black Crowes, AC/DC, the Allman Brothers, ZZ Top, the Doobie Brothers etc.

A: I mostly play acoustic and electric guitar for my clients. I have many pedals to create a versatile sound.
