Interview with Marc David
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Keep working!
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I have a talent for mixing and arranging
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: Still building. But the sheer basics are Genelec Monitors, Rosetta A2D's. Yamaha Keyboards and guitars, C2 Compressor and Lunchbox API all surrounding a pimped out Dual drive Mac mini with both Pro tools and Logic Pro.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: My production god for some time has been Daniel Lanois. He has the ability to marry organic and electronic sounds in such a way that it feels the most natural.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Currently I'm in the middle of building up my studio, so the work I provide is rather limited to mixing, mastering, vocal editing & tuning and Sound Design
