Monitah on SoundBetter

Poetry in melody, soulfully made in Africa.

I am a singer , songwriter and guitarist hailing from Nairobi, Kenya. With a heavy love and influence of neo-soul, Afro-soul, Hiphop and reggae, I have an eclectic taste in terms of music. I am constantly looking for new ways to fuse different sounds and I love the beautiful sonic creations that come to fruition.
I work closely with music labels as well as individual artists as a songwriter, vocalist and provide ideas and insights in the production process as well.
