Super generous w/ time, talent, musicality! Very nice to work with! Highly recommended! Thank you Luis!
My song was lifted to a whole new level once Luis put the bass part it really needed on there. Luis has played on several of my projects in the past but this last one (rhythmic jazz/funk style) really required a broad knowledge and ability and he really came through. I highly recommend Luis to provide your song with the bass part it really needs.
Luis is an awesome bass player, and provided exactly the bass part I was needing for a song. His playing his nothing short of tasteful and musical. Luis is really versatile too, he is fantastic at many styles of music!
I had the pleasure and honor of working with Luis on my last full-length album release and on a few single releases also, both for myself and an artist I produced. He instantly elevated every song he played on. Whether the backing track was electronic or utilized a real drummer, Luis always found a way to bring his unique, world-class sense of melody, perfect tone, and impeccable feel to the songs. He gave the tunes the groove they needed to bring them to life. He was very easy to work with and incredibly flexible also. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
I've spent many hours in the studio with Luis, including making an entire record with him. Saying that he doesn't disappoint is an understatement- always has killer ideas, great feel, amazing tone and is open to ideas. During the time we made a 13 song album his bass lines went the smoothest and quickest out of all of us. If you're looking for a versatile, world class bassist who's easy to work with look no further...He's always at the top of my list when anyone asks for recommendations!
Total pro! Can't recommended higher. He absolutely killed it on a track call "the end of it all" by Hesperus Rising I just produced.
Luis is a world class bass player in the truest sense. Played with him live several times and he proves time and again to be the consummate professional. He is also a top-notch session player. I sent him a track and within 72 hours he sent me back a flawless bassline that elevated my song to the next level. Hire him and never look back.
Luis is my first-call session bass player. He is such a steady player and is extremely inventive, but he also knows when to just lay back in the track. Solid sounds that NEVER disappoint, and he takes direction VERY well, so if I get a track back and need a couple of tweaks...he's all over it. Super friendly, and always meets his deadlines. Can't ask for more than what Luis provides with ease.
