Ken Adessa on SoundBetter

Drums to a click? No problem. Great sounding drums? No problem. Great recorded sounds? No problem.

I am looking to find an easy way to reach people who need drummers on their studio tracks and this seems like a great way to do it! I have been drumming in my studio on recordings for over 20 years. I have made recent upgrades (room design mostly) and my results have never been better! I can do whatever mic technique you need to suit your music. Mic everything....mic the overheads....get a room mic from a nearby stairwell....whatever it is, I can get it. Brushes too! I also have a lot of weird cymbals and I do drum treatments too to get a more electro sound if need be. I have a Roland SPD-SX as well that I can use for playing some midi tracks with a human feel.

I also have a Vibraphone - a Century Vibe from the 60s. It sounds amazing.

I also have top of the line hand percussion equipment that is easily recorded - congas, bongos, timbales, tambourines, etc etc.

Tell me about your project and how I can help, through the 'Contact' button above.
