I can mix and master your songs, and can perform various vocal tasks like tuning (pitch correction) and editing (timing, removing unwanted pops, breaths, clicks, and adding harmonies). All work is performed in my acoustically treated space using Yamaha HS8s and ATH-M50x studio headphones.
I am a DJ/Music Producer/Audio Engineer based in Las Vegas, NV. I have been producing music for 9 years and perform full-time as a DJ in Las Vegas. I am a mixing and mastering engineer, and I perform vocal tuning and editing services as well. I am a graduate of the Hyperbits Masterclass, and use a variety of high end plugins to complete my work. I only do manual tuning unless you request otherwise, and your music will never be passed through any presets.
Each mastering chain is custom tailored to the mix at hand, and of course to your requests. Let me help take your track to the next level by providing affordable, quality services with quick turnaround times and multiple revisions.

Interview with Cam Colston
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: The most common service requested is stereo mastering, but I am well equipped to perform stem masters, mixing, vocal tuning and editing, and more.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: FL20 is my DAW of choice. I have a proper acoustically treated room with broadband absorbers throughout. I use Yamaha HS8 studio monitors and ATH-M50x studio headphones running through a Steinberg UR22mkII interface. I have a wide variety of top plugin suites (digital and analog-modeled) that I use to produce, edit, mix, and master.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring nearly a decade of production experience, and a passion for attention to detail. I have worked on several different genres of music, and I know what it takes to help take your project to the next level. I am here to help your vision come to life.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Stereo width is very important for a solid mix. Make sure each instrument has its own space. You can do this with panning, EQ, reverb (to move a sound further back into the mix), and using techniques like the haas effect.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I would love to work with you! I enjoy helping people make their vision a reality, and I'll do whatever I can to make that happen.
