I have been working with Charlie for just under a year now. He has a superb ability to make an artist feel comfortable, relaxed and - most importantly - can bring out the very best in a track without enforcing his own agenda. He works quickly and with quality, something that is reflected in his portfolio. Simply I can't recommend him highly enough.
