Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Quantization is your worst enemy. No human alive is a 100% on time, nor should your music be.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I usually work on Pop, EDM, Afro-Pop, Hip-Hop, trap and many more genres within that. Highly influenced by a lot of Scandinavian Hip-Hop/Rnb.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My strongest skill is my creativity. I love sound design and bringing new sounds and styles together.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring inspiration and creativity to a song. My key focus is emotion, everything else is secondary.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: My typical work process starts with the message/feeling/vibe that the artist wants to communicate to the listener. From there I usually try to talk concept with the artist, with focus on trying to find something that can tie the lyrics and production together. After that I produce/mix/master the track from there with the artists vision in mind. I use references throughout the entire process with a focus to get the track sounding as it should.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: Work from a studio complex with professional setups and acoustic treatment (9 studios in total). UAD hardware, high end speakers (ADAM Audio, Yamaha, Genelec). Work in both Ableton Live and Logic Pro X.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Cashmere Cat, Max Martin, Herbie Hancock, Lido,
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Usually I do every thing from producing demos for artists to mastering the ones they want. I try to work as closely to the client as possible.
