Hi everyone, I'm a professional musician with 15 years of experience in the business. I dedicate my life to music production and enjoy every part of the process, it's my life, hobby and job.
I've been playing guitar for 15 years and it has helped me develop my musical backround thanks to the projects I've been part of.
I love to produce pop and rock especially but thanks to my experience in kilombo.com.co (music for ads company) I've expanded my field making jingles,
voiceovers and anything that relates to the advertisement, TV or movies world.
I use logic and pro tools.
Would love to hear from you. Click the contact button above to get in touch.
Interview with TICIO
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: Listening to the final mix of something I created or was part of
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I have been doing this for close to fifteen years now and plan to keep on going for a while
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: No matter which style I try to work on I always try to get memorable riffs, voice hooks, catchy breaks or even instrument solos
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Never overthink. Music should be simple and fun to listen, if you don't like it or doesn't feel natural even if it works in theory, don't use it.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Rock and pop
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: The most important thing is the song itself, if it grooves then it's good, so building is crucial. Colors, textures and size are my main when producing, that means how many instruments, which ones, register, effects etc. Arrangements come after for polishing and finally mixing.
