I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service I took from Joanna Crass.
Having paid for the vocals, ad libs and harmonies in full I got noisy recordings with the lack of mid and low range, problems with the melody, pronunciation and rhythm. She accused her mic cable but it seemed like a scam from the beginning. I expressed my dissatisfaction to her and after that she moved our conversation to Instagram to ask my credit card info which seemed really fishy.
