I'm Mark, I have been a professional Sound Engineer for 30 years, currently 1.5 billion music streams. Owner/Operator of a Grammy-nominated studio through the 90s. Now I work full time from my private studio where I have mixed songs for hundreds of artists including Ed Sheeran, Charli XCX, Rudimental and Lonely The Brave.

Hi! I'm Mark, I am a sound engineer with 30 years of professional experience. In the 90's I owned and operated a Grammy nominated recording studio in Somerset called "Small World".

I now work from my private studio where I have mixed tracks for Ed Sheeran, Charli XCX, Anne-Marie, Rudimental and countless other artists.
Thanks to the internet we can collaborate easily online. Using a hybrid digital/analogue setup means you get the best of both worlds in terms of audio quality and practicality.

Being an engineer trained in the early 90's means I learnt to record on tape. My expertise in this area led me to restoring and remastering hundreds of records for Warners and Sony Music.

As well as mixing I also work closely with Orchard Studios in Somerset to offer analogue recording sessions to bands that are looking for the beautiful and unique sound of rust and magnets! Pairing this with the latest technology means we can remain on tape all the way to mixdown if you wish to really go "old-school", or we can transfer to a DAW. Of course this also means you can take the session away with you to complete yourself if you want. It's a great way to work!
