Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: the biggest misconception about what I do is people thinking I have to go to a studio and that it would cause for time to be spent returning the product, I have my studio set up at home and my most popular songs were cut right at my set up at home
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: I always ask for a time frame, I can usually complete a task within 1-2 weeks. I also ask If they intend for internal use or public release. I offer special campaigns for songs I do decide to drop it as myself, 500 to post on instagram (Story or Feed) & 700 for TikTok post(s)
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: if you have harmony work done send the harmony vocal separately from the lead vocal, if not please provide references so I know what kind of vocal performance youre looking for

A: My SM7b Mic, Mac Laptop, Apollo Interface, 88 Key Midi Keyboard, & my Acoustic Guitar
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: Im a recording artist signed to Empire Records. Ive been making music for over 10 years but have been deemed a professional recording artist for about 6 years.

A: Cool, Modern, Ear Wormy. Melodic rap but with Pop sensibilities with musical depth / lyricism.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I would like to work with Justin Bieber Frank Ocean and Post Malone. They have shaped my artistry and caused me to hone in and be better at my craft. I wish I could even be a fly on the walk one day and experience the sessions Frank Ocean has.

A: Make sure you're creating space for every instrument to sit on the frequency spectrum!

A: Mainly Pop/R&B but often in the Pop spectrum or Melodic Trap pocket. Sometimes Ill get a Folk song & an occasional rap song

A: its a tie between my vocal talent & my ability to create infectious melodies / toplines.

A: Im bring a one-in-a-million vocal performance. My tone, pitch control, dynamic range and slick phrasing come together to make me a world class recording artist. I also have a very innate sensibility for melodies and cadences, allowing me to really maximize on a records potential.

A: I start by listening to whatever project or references a client will give me and brainstorm ways to bring the most out of a record.

A: I have a Focusrite ISA one FF thats paired with an SM7B Mic, running into an Apollo Quad Interface

A: Musicians that inspire me are Michael Jackson, Chris Brown, Tory Lanez, and many many more. Music Production professionals that inspire me would be George Daniel, Quincy Jones, Hans Zimmer and many more

A: I mostly cut demos that clients give me. If the client wants a song to be released I'll use an alias unless its been discussed and green lit by myself to use my artist name: SANNI
