As a Berklee College of Music graduate, I’ve been fortunate enough to garner songwriting & production credits with dozens of artists around the world (playlist of songs in my profile) as well as an artist project of my own.
For vocal-only hires, my price includes lead vocals, doubles, harmonies, gangs, adlibs, etc. For songwriting hires, my workflow is simple - once the job is started, just send over the BPM, a few references, and any notes you might have on the kind of topline/lyric you’re looking for, and I’ll get started!

Interview with Lev
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: Around 17 years ago my parents got me a drum set, and from that point on I knew I would be a musician for the rest of my life. About 5 years after that I picked up guitar, singing, and songwriting, and I didn't know anyone who could record my songs for me, so I started producing as well. Since then I've attended and graduated from Berklee College of Music, moved to Los Angeles, written with hundreds of artists, released dozens of songs, and performed live more times than I can count. I feel really lucky to be working in music every day.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: Singing and writing have always been my favorite things to do since I discovered them 10 years ago, and although music is now my full time job, I still have the same love for them that I’ve always had. I try to treat everyone's music with the same care and attention to detail that I do my own, because I know how important and personal it is to get your songs all the way to the finish line.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: A few years ago I moved to a new space and was able to convert one of my rooms into a home studio, which has made my recording process much easier and yielded much better results. At the moment I use a Neumann TLM-103 microphone, an Apogee Duet interface, Logic Pro, and Mogami cables.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Most days I'm recording vocals for clients, but I also do plenty of songwriting on Soundbetter, from toplines for pre-produced tracks to songs written entirely from scratch. Occasionally I get hired for my guitar playing which is always a treat for me. Singing, writing, and guitar playing are some of my favorite things to do, so I'm happy to help out wherever I can.
