  2. A: Mixing, mixing and mastering for music band Right Said Fred, Because it is a world-famous band, and I'm a fan when I was invited to work on the project I could not sleep that night

  11. Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

  12. A: I can hear a sample before ? Yes, we send a sample, payment is only made after approval. What if I don't like the mastering? If the initial master is not what you were looking for, we will make revisions to meet your requirements. The first revision will be done free of charge. Any other revisions after that will be charged at our standard rate. Revision requests will need to be submitted no later than 7 days after the track was available

  13. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  14. A: Our mastering engineer has a fresh and objective ear, he also has the equipment, the experience and the facility to hear the tiniest details and make corrections where necessary. He prepares your music so it translates optimal on all systems. Professional mastering is a vital step which should be valued, respected and not be taken too lightly.

  22. A: Will mastering fix my bad mix? No! While good mastering can certainly make a huge difference, you must also be aware that mastering has its limitations and a "bad" mix will usually result in a less than optimal master. The better the mix, the better the master.

  30. A: Turnaround time for a single track is usually within 1 day*. Larger albums, Stem-mastering, Mixdown, can take longer. Need it fast? Don't worry we have a **24hour Rush option which will guarentee your master back within 24 hours or shorter. *Not guaranteed **During weekdays
