Now in business for a year, TOA5T Sound has worked on numerous projects ranging from engineering Tory Lanez features to voice overs for Netflix originals. We specialize in EDM Mixing and Mastering for up and coming acts, and we work to get you a quality sound without breaking the bank.
Analog Mastering
While software gets amazing musical results, Analog Mastering equipment adds additional depth, punch, and liveliness that sterile mastering software can’t reproduce. Our flagship piece is our Bettermaker Mastering Limiter. It finds it's way onto almost every record we do for its aggressive saturation making tracks stand out.
Detailed Mixing
We don't cut corners. Every single track is scrutinized and brought to its full potential using our large plug-in library. Our sound treated mixing room creates a space that allows us to hear the finer details and depth your track may need. A mix of in-line and parallel processing leaves you with a track that's clear and full of life.
Unlimited Revisions for 2 Weeks
2 weeks from the day of purchase you have unlimited revisions! Don’t like the way low end sounds? Send it back to us describing the changes you’d like to hear and we’ll get it done.
Post Production Notes
When we send you the final product we also send over notes detailing what we did to your song. We detail which plug-ins/hardware we used, and how we used them, so you can apply them to your own production process. You can ask us questions and give us input so we get better together.
I'd love to hear about your project. Click the 'Contact' button above to get in touch.

Endorse TOA5T SoundSean is one of those rare engineers that keeps you coming back for not only his skill, but his personality. I haven’t been able to give him anything he can’t handle. Thanks for all you do!
Can't say enough about Sean. He is seriously talented but also extremely easy going! I've been a featured artist on a few of his songs, and each time it has been a pleasant experience, making me happy to come back and work with him again. Always looking forward to projects with this guy!
Interview with TOA5T Sound
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: Our most common question is, "how can the mix improve?" At the end of a project we offer post production notes to help point out the issues we spotted in the mix.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: Mastering is not a cure all. If the mix isn't that great the master won't be. Having a good mix is important to a great master.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: We always ask: 1) Do you have reference tracks? 2) When do you need the project done by? 3) Artist Name and Track Name
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Find someone you connect well with. Communication is important, so find an engineer you vibe well with.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Our style is aggressively suave. Haha. While our changes are noticeable, they're done to get the music moving in a smooth and elegant manner.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: We'd love to work with Seven Lions and Run the Jewels. Though in different genres, both create music with amazing productions.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Practice restraint. The mixes we receive with the biggest issues have to much compression or sound thin due to too much subtractive EQ. When in doubt, do less.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Most of our clients are heavily involved with EDM or HipHop.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Our strongest skill is being able to understand our client's vision and being able to elevate it.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: Our trained ears and care for the artist's original vision allows us to get a result that is both improved and loyal to the artist's intended sound.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: We start in the box with some light compression and EQ depending on what the track requires. Once we have a product that's close to done. We move to our analog equipment where we apply more, or replace, compression. We analyze metering and test the track across listening platforms in order to get the best result.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: Our mastering space is 400 sq. ft. with full sound treatment.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: We're very much inspired by EDM artist such as Seven Lions, Virtual Riot, Mt. Eden and Illenium. In the Hiphop realm our inspirations are Run the Jewels, Del the Funky Homosapien, Wu Tang, Jay Z and Kanye West.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Most of my client work is mastering. Taking the stereo track and getting it sounding punchy, spacious and dynamic is what I'm best at. It's all about taking the artist's vision and enhancing it.
