No Grammy awards yet, but I'll make your tracks sound real good. I have a degree in Electroacoustics and Classical Music Composition, so I know my stuff. I compose, mix, play guitar, bass, and sing, all at a pro level. Top Credits: composing scores for Air Transat ads, opening for Anderson .Paak, working on a Martha Wash track.

SERVICES: I provide songwriting, composition, arranging, mixing, and production services all at a very affordable cost. I also play guitar, bass and sing in any style at a pro level.

EDUCATION: I studied Electroacoustics at Concordia University, learning the ins and outs of recording and mixing engineering, the physics of sound, modular synthesis and multi-channel sound design. I loved school so much that I went back and got a second degree in Classical Music Compositon, which taught me about counterpoint, four part writing, orchestration, post tonal theory and aural perception. I studied classical voice privately for 8 years and guitar privately for 5.

BACKGROUND: I played in a weirdo art rock band for 6 years, during which I toured North America multiple times, shared the stage with Anderson .Paak and Mica Levi, played SXSW 3 times and got a write up in Stereogum. I've also scored online ads for Air Transat, theatre projects and dance pieces.

Matt provided original compositions for my hour-long radio drama 'Ships In The Night.' I sent him examples of music used in advertisements and radio programmes from the 1950s-60s, and he sent back original material (themes, jingles, background music, sound design) in the same style, even tracks that used a full orchestra! He always responded well to feedback and helped to create an incredible sound 'world' for this play, that I never would have thought possible. Highly recommend collaborating with this inventive and detail-oriented composer/sound artist!
