I am a seasoned, classically trained songwriter/vocalist with several years of recording and writing experience, having worked in ProTools, Logic, Ableton, and Cubase studio environments. I have had the privilege of working at such studios as The Jungle Room, Brian Kennedy's studio complex, and Larrabee Sound Studios in Los Angeles, CA.
Session Vocalist: As a session vocalist, I enter a session ready to work. I guarantee to come in with my parts learned, as well as any ideas for harmonies and ad libs prepared, if requested. I am also used to preparing harmonies and ad libs on the spot if needed. I strive for excellence and efficiency in all of my sessions, while being sensitive to my client's pace and sense of style.
Songwriter: Whether writing to a track or to a guitar or piano riff, even to a beat, I write quickly and effectively. If given the track in advance, more often than not, I will enter a session with a full song in hand, lyrics and vocal melody. I am also used to writing on the spot, if need be. I have written in many genres, from country to rap to R&B and, of course, pop.
