My name is Luc Weegels, and with over 27 years of experience in the music industry, I’m here to help you create captivating music that resonates. A graduate of the Audio/Visual Academy in Hilversum, my journey began with a love for hip-hop, leading to a successful career opening for legends like Usher, Nas, and Lil Wayne between 1997 and 2010.

In 2010, I transitioned from the stage to the studio, dedicating myself to writing and producing for other artists. This path allowed me to refine my skills across various genres, with a focus on Pop and Hip Hop music. I founded Music Mates in 2018, a thriving music studio in 's-Hertogenbosch, and signed my first publishing deal with Cloud 9 / Armada Music Publishing.

I’ve had the privilege of working with top artists like Kenny B, Roxeanne Hazes, and Jeroen van der Boom, as well as contributing to films and commercials. Every song I write is a new love affair, bringing stories and emotions to life through music.
