Interview with Fifilicious
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I would say my single called Drop It. It was the first track to get over 1000 streams on Spotify. It opened up the doors for me. I am the producer of this track
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I am busy conducting my Electronic Press Kit
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Digital. It is easy to understand
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I will make sure that I produce a 100% original beat for you
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I keep developing new styles of music and I interact with other artists.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Well, I am still learning from this journey that I'm taking as a beatmaker. So my advice is that we should respect one another and we must also share things to one another and walk together on this musical journey.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I have been doing this since I was 16 years old. I have been distributing my beats to digital platforms.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: My style is very unique. I mostly create my own samples and my beats mostly contain the African rhythm
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I would like to work with Eminem as I make beats that are similar to the ones that he is rapping to.
