XAVIER Gonzalez Jr (a product of the University of North Texas Jazz Studies program) is quickly becoming one of the most respected and sought-after musical collaborators in Central Texas.
A multi-talented artist (keyboardist / vocalist / songwriter, producer), Xavier has worked with many up-and-coming musicians and bands to date. His ability to work fluently in various disciplines such as pop, rock, jazz, R&B, soul, country, film, etc has kept him in demand and at the top of his game.
As a session/studio keyboardist, Xavier has performed with several talented artists such as pop singer Jennifer Fuentes (American Idol - Season 2), blues/soul singer-songwriter Jo James (The Voice - Season 17: Blind Auditions), rock/Latin singer-songwriter Omarr Awake, and pop/soul artist Juston Hargrove — just to name a few.
As a solo singer-songwriter, Xavier has released two EPs. His most recent album, entitled “Room For Truth” (2016), features some of the most talented top-call studio musicians in the country. Most notable is Toshi Yanagi (Jimmy Kimmel band) who plays guitars on the album.
