Session guitarist

From my humble beginnings 35 years ago on a Fostex 4-track cassette recorder to my biggest recording credit, a Nancy Sinatra track with Larry Mullen and Adam Clayton from U2 on drums and bass and Don Randi on piano, I have always strived to bring something special to every recording that I play on.

My main emphasis is creating guitar parts that compliment the song. Every song is different and every artist is different. I'd love to hear about your project and see if my sound can enhance what you are doing.

I love hooky, melodic parts and ear worms. If the song calls for it I can give melodic lines in 3 part harmony, doubled rhythm tracks, or a Wall-Of-Sound tapestry of different tones and instruments. If the vocal melody leaves space I also like to do melodic fills/answers to the vocal.

Some songs just need one acoustic guitar. Or a 12-string. I'd like to hear what you have in mind for your song, but I'm also happy to suggest things that I think will work.

I have experience with a lot of different music styles, and I have a wide variety of equipment.
