Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: R&B, Pop, Soul, House, Dance Music, and Electronic Chill
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: To deliver a product that you are happy with every time!
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: I ask clients to send reference tracks that have a similar melodic feel or lyrical flow. If they have an angle/theme for the lyrics, and samples of vocalists to demonstrate the kind of vocal delivery they want.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: The clearer you can be about what you're looking for from the start, the closer I can get to creating that. I'm always up for taking time to figure that out with you if you're unsure.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: All genres, however, the music I write for my own project is predominantly R&B/soul-based, anything that has a good feel and catchy melodies.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: We will start by discussing all the details of your project and figure out how to bring your vision life. Once the project has been funded, I will ask for you to send over any files that will guide what I create, such as instrumentals, references, lyrics or lyrical topics that I may need to start the project. The writing or recording process typically takes up to 10 days. As soon as I am finished I will send over a rough mix, get feedback from you on any adjustments that need to be made. Then, once the fee has been paid in full I will send over a final dry vocal track.
