25 year old mixing engineer with close to 6 years experience. I have been that ''cable guy' to some of the top mixing guys in South Africa and that has helped me develop a critical listening ear that appreciates the dynamics of sound and that can help turn an average musical idea into a well polished record that can compete internationally.
One could basically say i am self taught because i started out as someone who swept and kept the studio clean around 8 years ago. Not being able to attend audio school, it was more of observing engineers at work and i learnt from that. Its been a journey for me and it still is.
I mostly mix ''radio versions'' but also offer production advice whenever i feel something could enhance a production. I have access to some of the best equipment in the industry so if you are starting out and you serious about your work, contact me and i will give you great job for half the cost.
